Maintenance & Repairs

All repairs and maintenance within regular business hours are charged by the hour at $132 (incl. GST) + materials. This rate is based on current market prices in the Sunshine Coast region.

We aim to complete each job as efficiently as possible without sacrificing quality, and offer a workmanship guarantee on every job. Minimum charge is 1 hour.

Renovations & New Builds

For larger renovations & new builds, we review the job in advance and provide a quote. Please get in touch with us to discuss your renovation or new build.

Air Conditioning Installation

Our team are licensed to install your air-conditioners. The cost of an air-conditioner installation starts at $1,320 (incl. GST) + the cost of the chosen unit for a back-to-back install. Prices may vary due to house construction, longer pipe runs, and other site-specific variables. Please contact us for a quote.
